Perfect 30's with Ringer (Form Shooting)
- X10 shots with Ringer from directly under rim
- X10 shots with Ringer from bottom of circle
- X10 Shots with Ringer from Free Throw Line
Perfect 30's with both hands and no Ringer
- Repeat # 2 Keeping the same wrist angles, finish on toes with a tight barrel at all 3 spots. Your practice shots will be more deliberate and efficient after using this warm up.
Key: This is a total of a 90 shot warm up. Practice pausing after each shot to make sure your shot barrel remains in tact after release.
